Saved the company in excess of $120,000 / year by designing and installing alternative air pollution control equipment. Oversaw the safe construction of a 85,000 ft2 pharmaceutical manufacturing facility. Provided comprehensive training for all hazardous material users including hazard communication, radiation protection, hazardous material transportation, emergency response, chemical and biological safety. Reduced hazardous waste disposal costs by 65% by reclassifying waste streams and using alternative disposal technologies.

§ Telios Pharmaceuticals. Supervised a staff of certified hazardous material handlers and emergency response team members. Implemented a comprehensive Industrial Hygiene program. Developed the Permit-by-Rule wastewater treatment program for aqueous and organic waste streams.
